Andrea Kunz
Andrea has more than 18 years of extensive experience in human resources having worked in various international companies in the healthcare and IT industry. She is an HR professional familiar with strategic and operative HR issues.
Her career started in 1986 at NEC Corporation where she was specialist Training and Development. She came to van Rooijen & Partners from Baxter International, a global healthcare company. Andrea has held a variety of progressively responsible positions in human resources in Germany and Europe. Most recently she has served as a Director Organization Development Europe. In this role she led European-wide programs and processes in the area of competency management, organisation restructuring and effectiveness, change management and coaching. In parallel to this role she served as the European Director Human Resources for Baxter`s Transfusion Therapies Division. In this position she was responsible for managing the European HR function which included HR strategy, staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits and organization development. Prior to Transfusion Therapies she served for 7 years as a Director Planning and Development Europe including planning and staffing, training and development, talent management and change management. Andrea started her career at Baxter as a manager human resources in Germany in 1991.
Andrea holds a degree as Translator and Interpretor in French and Spanish with focus on Economics from the College of Modern Languages in Munich.
